Brandi is a thirty-something wife and stepmom of two. She works full-time for a software company, and is finishing school this year for her Paralegal certification. In her (scarce) free time, Brandi enjoys hunting down historical and modern architecture for her photography blogs. Oh, and taking care of the gaggle of cats, dogs, and reptiles at home.

Lead vocalists Katherine Rublein and Daniel Brown have confirmed a wedding date for July 2019.  The pair, along with close family and friends, will travel to Florida for a destination wedding and brief honeymoon.  Rubein and Brown got engaged in April 2018 during a live show at the Texas Musician’s Museum in Irving, TX.

Talented drummer Marcus Mirelez joined September Moon earlier this month.  Mirelez previously played in a number of other Dallas-Fort Worth bands, most notably Hello Jami.  This pop/punk band was also a launching point for another popular local artist, singer and guitarist West Albaladejo of Adam Marie.

Katherine Rublein and Daniel Brown of September Moon were selected as one the top 10 couples in Destify’s Destination Wedding Contest.  Their entry video featured the song “Mexico” from EP “Float Away,” and the couple shared how their love of music brought them – and the band – together.  Although the couple didn’t win the $30,000 prize, their video received over 2,000 views in just a few weeks.  To see the original video submission, visit Destify’s Blog at https://destify.com/free-destination-wedding-contest/daniel-and-katherine.

Daniel Brown will be the musical guest on radio program The Texas Newsroom tomorrow evening at 10:00pm CST.  Brown will be playing several songs from the upcoming album and sharing more about the band’s history.  The late night talk show is featured the 2nd and 4th Thursdays on the Power Play Radio Network.  For more information on the network or to listen to the live broadcast, visit https://www.powerplayradionetwork.com.
