September Moon is teaming up with Arlington’s Levitt Pavilion and the Arlington Tomorrow Foundation to promote North Texas Giving Day. The band will be joining four other artists for the “living room” concert series on May 5th, broadcast live from the Levitt stage on Facebook and Instagram. Dallas-Fort Worth based September Moon recognizes that the health and safety of their fans is a top priority…and so is a little good music. With the postponement or cancellation of all of their spring shows, the band will be hosting what has been affectionately dubbed, “The Quarantine Sessions.” This YouTube Live Event will be held on Saturday, March 14th, with the band taking requests live via Facebook.
September Moon were invited to participate in the annual Live and Local showcase at Six Flags Over Texas on March 9th. The five-piece band will be live on the Silver Star Carousel Stage at 7:30pm. This is the band’s first appearance at the amusement park’s annual spring break event.
Coordinated with the drop of their new single earlier this month, September Moon released a lyric video for “You Know Who You Are” today. The band worked with a local creative outlet to generate the animated lyrics, which complement the original album artwork. September Moon announced the release of their second single, “You Know Who You Are,” on Texas radio today. The track can be found on Spotify, iTunes, and Amazon Music. The band’s first single, Abilene, made it to #42 on the Texas Country Music charts in 2019.
